In the midst of wedding planning, timely and clear communication is key. Daisy Chat does this by handling your guests' questions; however, there might be moments when you need to add personal touches or specific details that the automated responses don’t cover.
Interjecting in a conversation is straightforward and helps ensure that your guests receive all the necessary information directly from you.
Step 1: Access conversations
Log into your Daisy Chat account and click on the 'Conversations' tab from the left sidebar. This section displays all ongoing conversations between Daisy Chat and your guests.
Step 2: Find the conversation
Scroll through the list of conversations or use the search function to find the specific conversation you want to interject. Once you find it, click on it to view the entire message thread.
Step 3: Type your message
In the message box at the bottom of the conversation thread, type the message you want to send. This allows you to provide additional information, clarify details, or personalize the communication further.
Step 4: Send your message
After typing your message, click 'Send'. This will immediately insert your message into the ongoing conversation.
Color coding for clarity
Daisy Chat messages: All automated messages sent by Daisy Chat are highlighted in yellow. This makes it easy for you to distinguish between what the system has communicated and what you might need to add or clarify.
Your Messages: Any message you send will appear in purple. This color distinction ensures that both you and your guests can easily see the personal inputs you’ve made into the conversation.
