How to Import Guests Individually in Daisy Chat

Keeping track of your wedding guest list can feel like a big task, but Daisy Chat makes it easy! This guide will walk you through the steps to manually import guests into your Daisy Chat's guest list, ensuring no one is missed and everyone receives your wedding updates promptly.


Step 1: Access the guest list

To begin, navigate to the 'Guest List' section in Daisy Chat. You can find this on the left sidebar of your dashboard. This area allows you to view and manage all guests you have added or intend to add to your wedding.


Step 2: Add individual guests

Once in the 'Guest List' section, click on the 'Add Guests' button. A dropdown will appear; select 'Add Individual Guests' to proceed with manual entry.


Step 3: Fill in guest details

A form will appear where you can enter the guest's details:

  • First Name: Enter the guest’s first name.

  • Last Name: If applicable, enter the guest’s last name.

  • Phone Number: Add a contact number. This is crucial as Daisy Chat uses it for direct communication.


If you've created any guest groups, you'll see them here as well. Go ahead and assign guests to any guests they belong to. 


Step 4: Save the information

After filling in the details, you have two options:

  • Save & Add Another: Choose this if you have more guests to add. It saves the current entry and opens a new blank form.

  • Save & Close: Select this when you are done adding guests. It saves the information and closes the form.
