How to Edit or Delete Groups in Daisy Chat

As your wedding plans evolve, you may find the need to adjust your guest groupings in Daisy Chat. Whether you're refining your guest list as RSVPs come in or simply want to reorganize groups based on new criteria, knowing how to edit or delete groups is essential for keeping your communications streamlined and accurate.


Step 1: Access the guest list 

Log into your Daisy Chat account and select 'Guest List' from the left sidebar. This section is your hub for all guest management.


Step 2: Navigate to 'Groups'

Click on the 'Groups' tab located at the top of the Guest List page. This will display all the groups you’ve previously created.


Step 3: Delete a group 

To remove a group that you no longer need:

  • Find the group: Scroll through the list of groups until you find the one you want to delete.

  • Click the red trash can icon: This icon is located to the right of the group's name. Clicking it will delete the group. Be cautious, as this action cannot be undone.


Step 4: Edit a group 

If you need to update a group’s details or membership:

  • Find and click the group: Locate the group you wish to edit and click on its name.

  • Make changes: In the pop-up window, you can change the group’s name or description. To remove a guest from the group, click the red 'X' next to their name.

  • Save changes: After making your adjustments, ensure to save them to update the group’s details.
